WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Railway Supply Institute (RSI) is proud to announce its support for the nomination of Richard Kloster, an RSI member and former member of the RSI board of directors, to a five-year term on the Surface Transportation Board (STB).

Richard Kloster is the President and Founder of Integrity Rail Partners, Inc., a private transportation consulting company he founded in December 2019. His firm provides strategic consulting services to the rail equipment and railroad industries. Kloster’s distinguished career and years of service to the railway supply community uniquely qualify him for this important public service position.
