RSI and its members will host the Innovation in Rail Showcase on Capitol Hill to bring together rail suppliers, Members of Congress, congressional staff, federal regulators, agency leaders, and other key stakeholders for an interactive look at the technologies shaping the future of freight and passenger rail. The Showcase will highlight how the rail supply industry is advancing safety, efficiency, reliability, sustainability, and network capacity through next-generation equipment, digital tools, advanced manufacturing, and other innovative solutions.
Through hands-on demonstrations and direct conversations with industry experts, the Showcase will give policymakers, regulators, and stakeholders a practical understanding of how rail technologies are developed, deployed, and supported across the national rail network. The event will also provide a timely forum for discussing how industry and government can work together to modernize the regulatory environment, accelerate responsible innovation, strengthen domestic manufacturing, and ensure the rail supply sector continues delivering economic benefits to communities across the country.
