Exhibit space, sponsorship sales begin for RSI/CMA 2016

RSI/CMA 2016 logoWASHINGTON, D.C., March 21, 2016 – Exhibit space and sponsorship sales for the RSI/CMA 2016 Rail Expo & Technical Conference open this week for Railway Supply Institute (RSI) member companies, organizers announced today. Exhibit space is priced at $3,000 for member companies with a 200 square foot maximum. Sales of exhibit booth space and sponsorships will open April 11 for nonmembers, RSI noted. 

RSI/CMA 2016 will take place October 2-4 at the CenturyLink Center and the adjoining Omaha Hilton in Omaha, Nebraska. The event includes exhibits hosted by the Railway Supply Institute and the technical and educational sessions of the Coordinated Mechanical Associations (CMA), RSI will also host a golf tournament October 4.

The RSI/CMA 2016 exhibit hall in the CenturyLink Center will feature over 200 exhibits and 20,000 square feet of booth space. Meals and receptions will be held on the exhibit hall floor. The CMA conferences will be held close by at the Omaha Hilton and will include more than 50 technical and educational presentations from the Coordinated Mechanical Associations.

“We are thrilled to host RSI/CMA 2016 in Omaha in the hometown of Union Pacific Railroad and have their full support of this event. I expect that exhibit space for Omaha will sell out quickly, as many companies have already expressed interest," said RSI VP of Trade Shows and Member Relations Amanda Patrick. "As always, RSI members will have priority in reserving space."

RSI/CMA 2016 sponsorships will be available to to companies seeking to raise their visibility at this high-profile rail industry event. Sponsorship opportunities include food functions, technical sessions, exhibition hall signage, and promotional items for attendees, event app and more.

Online registration and hotel room reservations for RSI/CMA 2016 will begin June 1; up to 1,500 attendees are expected.
