RSI CTC Seeking Committee Vice Chairman, No Relocation Necessary

The Railway Supply Institute (RSI) Committee on Tank Cars is looking for a full time Vice Chairman that will report to the RSI president. Incumbent will be a degreed engineer with railroad tank car expertise. Experience with other freight car equipment is desirable.
Incumbent will serve as Vice Chairman of the RSI Committee on Tank Cars, represent the Committee at industry and government meetings, interface with the leadership of the RSI-AAR tank car safety project, collect and disseminate confidential information, oversee and advise the RSI Committee on Tank Cars Engineering and Technical Subcommittee, advise RSI staff on legislative and regulatory issues affecting tank cars in the United States and Canada, and interface with railroads and shipper organizations.  Job requires considerable travel including attendance at AAR Committee on Tank Car meetings and other committee meetings and events as scheduled.
