Exhibitor Opportunities Expanded for REMSA/RSI-Hosted USA Pavilion at Brazil’s NT Expo
WASHINGTON, DC, August 19, 2014 – Exhibit opportunities have been expanded beyond the railway supply community for the USA Pavilion at the Business on Rails (NT Expo) trade show in São Paulo, Brazil, the Railway Engineering-Maintenance Suppliers Association (REMSA) and the Railway Supply Institute (RSI) announced today. NT Expo 2014 will be held November 11-13, 2014 at the Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, Brazil. REMSA and RSI have increased the size of the USA Pavilion they are co-hosting in 2014 to 16 exhibiting companies due to the success of the 2013 event.
“With nearly half of our exhibit space already accounted for, our goal is to offer other interested parties access to this major international event,” said REMSA Executive Director David Soule. “We know our exhibitors will find their participation to be a rewarding experience in Brazil.”
RSI President Tom Simpson said, “This year, we’ve opened up our USA Pavilion exhibit space to any U.S. company or shipper organization interested in being seen at NT Expo 2014. The turnkey experience offered in the USA Pavilion makes it easy for exhibitors to connect with potential customers in this important international market.”
The $15,000 USA Pavilion exhibitor fee includes a 2.5 by 2.5 meter exhibit space and a common exhibit area with internet, refreshments, seating, meeting space, translators and hostesses. Additional benefits include support and guidance on translation and shipping materials; transportation advice including airport, hotel, and expo center transfers; and access to the USA Pavilion room block at the Renaissance São Paulo Hotel.
Companies who will be exhibiting in the USA Pavilion include: AIC Rail, Georgetown Rail Equipment Co., Koppers, Inc., Motive Equipment Inc., Transportation Technology Center, Inc., and Whitmore Rail.
Potential exhibitors may review the USA Pavilion application contract, USA Pavilion rendering and floor plan, and NT Expo floor plan at http://rsiweb.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/ntexpo14-usa-contract.pdf. Booth placement is determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
