RSI Welcomes New Board Member â€“ Jessica Kramer Havens
March 21, 2013. The Railway Supply Institute, Inc. (RSI) would like to welcome Jessica Kramer Havens, President of Diesel Supply Company to the RSI Board of Directors.
Jessica is a fourth generation railroader and owner of Diesel Supply Company, a locomotive parts company based out of Western Wisconsin. She also holds the position of Corporate Sponsor Chair for the League of Railway Industry Women (LRIW) which works to give women the opportunity to achieve a broader understanding of the railroad business.

When asked about her role on the RSI Board and the industry she stated that, ” I look at it not only from the point of view of a small, woman owned business, but also from that of someone looking to find creative ways to bring more diversity and recognition from other industries… Learning how to navigate within an industry with deep roots in American history and well established relationships has taught me how to be persistent, patient and to persevere. “
Jessica operates two offices in Western Wisconsin and Eastern Washington. Her husband, a fellow railroader, and son Taggart reside in Spokane, Washington.
