Washington, DC, November 2, 2017 – Tom Simpson, president of the Railway Supply Institute (RSI), today announced changes to the organization’s previously-announced 2018 board of directors. Jason Connell, senior vice president sales & marketing, New York Air Brake, will become the RSI board secretary-treasurer beginning January 1, 2018, taking the place of Bob Hulick, Trinity Rail Group executive vice president, who will become board vice chair. Jack Isselmann, senior vice president external affairs & programs at The Greenbrier Companies, has been appointed to complete Connell's one-year board term starting January 1, 2018 with an option to run for a three-year term beginning in January 2019.

“These changes were necessitated by the loss of Dan O'Neal last month,” said Simpson. “Dan served as RSI's secretary-treasurer this year and was slated to become vice chair next year. Jason will take over for Bob, who will transition to the vice chair position in 2018. We are grateful to Bob, Jason, and Jack for agreeing to serve in these key roles in 2018.”
