Registration Pricing & Policies
Full CMA Conference & Expo Pass –$295 ($345 after 8/3) – Includes access to all Coordinated Mechanical Associations (CMA) technical & educational sessions and the expo hall. The CMA’s comprise the Air Brake Association (ABA), the International Association of Railway Operating Officers (IAROO), the League of Railway Women (LRW), the Locomotive Maintenance Officers Association (LMOA), and the Mechanical Association Railcar Technical Services (MARTS).
Expo Only Pass: $245 per person ($295 after 8/3)
Expo Only – Railroad Shippers: $145 ($195 after 8/3) - Current railroad shippers with proper identification will incur a discounted rate for visiting the exhibits.
Expo Only Pass - Railroader & Government Employee: $0 per person – Current railroad and government employees with proper identification will incur no charge for visiting the exhibits.
Spouse / Guest Pass: $55 ($75 after 8/3) – Any spouses wanting to the visit exhibits must register to attend. Registration also covers the keynote address and meals and receptions on the exhibit hall floor. Please note that spouse qualification only applies to individuals who are not in the industry
Students / Academia: $0 - Registration for students and members of the academic community may attend the exhibits and conference sessions for free. Proper identification must be provided at the registration desk prior to entry. Registration also covers the keynote address and meals and receptions on the exhibit hall floor.
Press / Media: $0 - All members of the press must contact email@example.com information on obtain a press pass. Members of the press are required to present their press pass before getting their badge.
Quality Workshop: $95 ($145 after 8/3) – On TUES 9 Sept from 1pm to 4:30pm the Railway Supply Institute’s Quality Committee will lead a Quality Assurance Manual Workshop on how to build your QA manual in accordance with AAR M1003, Section J, Chapter 2.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy – Cancellations must be received in writing on or before August 10, 2018 to obtain a refund. A $25 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Refunds may not be processed until after RSI/CMA 2018. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 10, 2018. Substitutions may be made for a $50 processing fee and must be received in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Badge Reprints - A $25 fee will apply per badge reprint. Badge corrections can be made free of charge by bringing the badge with the error to any Registration location.
