Railway Interchange 2011 will be the best opportunity for suppliers to demonstrate their products & services to key decision makers and customers both in the United States and abroad. As a three in one tradeshow, exhibiting at Railway Interchange 2011 will bring you face-to-face with more railroad industry customers than any other rail supply trade show.
Expected attendees include: freight railroad CEOs, freight railroad operating officers, senior federal government transportation officials, state government transportation officials, locomotive manufacturers, component parts suppliers and international customers.
Note: All RSI indoor exhibit space is sold out. There is outdoor on-track and off-trackexhibit space available at CP Humboldt Yard. Please email Amanda Patrick to be placed on an indoor exhibit space wait list.
All exhibitors are asked to review the documents below to help prepare for exhibiting at Railway Interchange 2011.
All exhibiting companies must register and pay full registration costs ($250 per person) through the Railway Interchange 2011 website. In order to alleviate costs to our members and encourage our members to send more staff to the show, RSI is offering several opportunities to help cover the costs of exhibitor registration that are available post trade show to our exhibitors. Please note that registration costs will increase on August 10, 2011.
1. $100 Rebate for all Exhibitor Registrations over Four: After Railway Interchange 2011, RSI will rebate $100 to additional registrations over four. For example, if your company sends 10 people to Railway Interchange 2011, RSI will give you a $600 rebate after the show. Exhibitors will be asked to submit a rebate form to RSI.
2. Automatic Sponsorships for Exhibitors Purchasing Over $5,000 in Exhibit Space: RSI exhibitors purchasing over $5,000 in exhibit space are automatically eligible for certain sponsorships and complimentary exhibitor badges. Exhibitors will have to register online and pay full exhibition attendee fees, after the show exhibitors will be rebated through RSI. Exhibitors will be asked to submit a rebate form to RSI. Applications are not considered until a signed application is turned in via mail (no email or fax), and a 25% non refundable deposit is received. The RSI Program Committee will try to accommodate all exhibitor requests but reserves the right to assign closest booth space available if conditions warrant.
