The RSI Board of Directors sets and implements policy and guides the association. RSI members elect Members of the Board at the Association's Annual Meeting. Members of the RSI Board elect the association’s Officers which are the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary-Treasurer.
The term of office for Members of the RSI Board of Directors is three years. The term for Officers of the Board is one year.
